Terms and Conditions

Ash Wright Photography will invoice the Client prior to or at the time of appointment scheduling and booking, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) in full by the service date specified. Late payments or outstanding balances may delay delivery or result in suspension or termination of the Project. Payment will be made to the Provider via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Provider. Checks must be made payable to: Ashley Wright. Client hereby certifies they possess the authority to enter into and execute this Contract. Client and Provider agree to perform all respective obligations under this Contract. Services are secured on a “first come, first served” basis and are not booked, reserved, secured, or confirmed until the reservation deposit is received. The first payment shall be considered the reservation deposit. A minimum reservation deposit equal to 50% of the invoice total is required to secure any service. All reservation deposits are wholly non-refundable. Payment for services acknowledges you have read and fully agree to these terms and conditions without reservation. This invoice shall serve as the entire agreement between Client and Provider. Unless otherwise noted, deliverables are delivered within four weeks from the date of receipt of retouch selections, conclusion of service(s), or receipt of full payment, whichever date is latest. Deliverables include and are limited to the Headshot Hints & Hacks PDF electronic document. All other services are being provided exclusively as a courtesy and are provided free of charge. Rescheduled services are subject to availability and an additional rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the invoice total. Requests to reschedule any service must be made in writing and with notice provided more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. Any requests to reschedule any service where notice is provided less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service are considered no-show cancellations. Cancellation of any service(s), in whole or in part, where no written notice is provided, or notice is provided less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking shall be considered no-show cancellations. Cancellation of any service(s), in whole or in part, after the start of any scheduled service, whether completed or incomplete, shall be considered no-show cancellations. No-show cancellations are billed in full and charged an additional cancellation fee equal to 100% of the invoice total. All no-show cancellations are totally, w holly, and completely ineligible for any refund amount greater than one cent. Without exception, any and all disputed transaction(s) or payment(s) not resulting from an unauthorized use of a credit or debit card by a person or persons other than the named cardholder shall be totally, wholly, and completely ineligible for any refund amount greater than one cent. Client agrees not to dispute any transaction(s) or payment(s) for any reason other than fraudulent use of the payment card by a third party to the Provider. The Client will be assumed to have accepted fulfillment of this Contract unconditionally unless a claim that fulfillment is incomplete or defective is made within twenty-four hours from the date of delivery. All electronic payment methods are subject to an additional fee. Additional event service time added after the commencement of services is billed by the hour at $175 per hour. Client agrees to reimburse the Provider for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Provider as a result of providing service(s). Parking expenses for on location services will be added to the invoice. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
